This might be my favorite Viper in the collection!

Gen4 ACR which I had purchased with front damage.  To repair it I needed a lot of expensive parts like the splitter and fenders.  These were not to be found and in consultation with Steve Dryer of AutoFormGroup, it was decided that an A-10 Widebody package would be sent to me on a very rare occasion.

Normally they only do the installation of this limited kit (10 will be made). However, Steve was familiar with my work and trusted me to bring this conversion to a good end result.

The chassis was taken completely bare and then completely rebuilt to be painted in B5 Blue. Of course, a Viper ACR is not complete without stripes and so a black stripe was chosen with a narrower red one next to it for contrast.

The Widebody kit combined with these fresh colors makes the car really impressive.  

Later, I replaced the intake with one coming from a Gen5 Viper.  This one is made of a composite material and therefore the engine suffers less from heatsoak, which benefits the performance, especially in combination with the Belanger headers and Prefix Race Controller.

The rims are custom made and designed to our own specifications. I wanted to stay true to the ACR 5-spoke rims, but just a little different.  The red bolts and red calipers give the car a nice balance of color.
